Check the Forums:     The site has a really nice community feel. The forums allow you to connect with others who are making money with the site, receive advice, get quick answers to any of your questions, and give any suggestions you may have. You could also check to see which offers/surveys have confirmed for others, which will most likely confirm for you as well.

Clear Your Cookies:     Sometimes, you will fill out more than one offer from the same companies. It is best to clear your cookies after every survey or offer you complete. If you don't clear your cookies, there is a good chance you won't receive credit for those offers. To clear cookies in Firefox, click "Tools" and "Clear Recent History" then make sure the box is checked next to cookies and click Clear Now. In Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" then "Options or Internet Options", click the "Cookies" tab, then press "Clear all cookies". You could also try CCleaner. It's a free program that allows you to clear not only your browser's cookies, but all areas of your computer as well. You can download CCleaner here.

Emails:    Just like cookies, companies can track you through your e-mails. For instance, if you completed one offer under a company and was credited for that offer, it is likely that you won't be credited again for a second offer under the same company. The reason is because they already have your information, and therefore, do not want to pay you for the same information. To work around this, you need to create more than one email account specifically for CashCrate use. CashCrate will never spam you or send you junk mail, however the offers you complete definitely will. Many offers will also send you confirmation emails. Therefore it is good to keep adding new emails in rotation, so you can easily tell which emails are for conformation and which are simply spam.

Keep a Log:     Make a list of all the offers you do. Beside each offer, write down the company that is giving the offer, and which e-mail address you used to sign up for each offer. Keeping a log helps you keep track of all the companies you signed up for, so you won't sign up for the same company more than once a day. They're not interested in giving credit to the same people over and over again.

Read Carefully:     You have to carefully read the description for each particular offer (located underneath the title of the offer) in order to get the offer to confirm. It will explain any requirements that you will need to complete in order to receive credit. If an offer says sign up to complete the offer or register for free and confirm your email then that's all you have to do, nothing more.

Online Voicemail:     Some of the offers and surveys require you to enter a phone number. If you don't want them to call you, or you just don't want to give out your number, you can sign up for a FREE online voicemail number.

Here are a few you can choose from:

Google Voice

K7.net

Eagle Messaging

CallVibe

Simplevoicebox.com

Laservoicemail

Trial Offers:     There are some free trial offers that often require you to give your credit card number as you sign up. If you want to do these offers (which have a tendency to pay very favorably), but don't want to continue after the free trial is over then you MUST remember to cancel your membership with the merchant site before the first payment is due. Be sure not to cancel immediately after you sign up otherwise you won't receive credit. As long as you cancel it in time, you won't have to pay anything. However, if you forget to cancel you will be charged, and it's doubtful that you will get a refund, as you've already agreed to the terms of payment. Therefore, set a reminder to notify you of when it's time to cancel.
